I'm Maxim Hauser, an entrepreneur in the web space with a growing focus on Web3, DAOs, Tokenomics, and the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP). I've been following the development of blockchain and decentralized systems since 2020 with increasing interest. Web3 fascinates me because it enables more reliable systems, better services, and, overall, a fairer economy.
My Story
My story actually begins in technical and leadership roles within the German Armed Forces, an environment that shaped my focus on reliability, structure, and responsibility. Later, my degree in Business Administration and Economic Psychology added a broader understanding of how organizations and systems really work. Since 2020, I have been exploring decentralized technologies and have become convinced that Web3, DAOs, Tokenomics, and ICP will play a defining role in shaping the next generation of organizations as a whole. This blog is where I share insights I am excited to talk about.
